Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 21, 2026

At ToolSphere, accessible from toolsphere.in, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by ToolSphere and how we use it.

1. Completely Client-Side Processing

Unlike traditional online formatting or generation utilities, ToolSphere operates 100% inside your web browser. All scripts, functions, conversions, and formats run locally on your device using your browser's Javascript engine.

Any text, logs, code files, or API credentials you paste into our input fields are never transmitted over the network or stored in any database. Your inputs remain entirely secure and private.

2. Log Files & Analytics

Because we do not have a backend server, we do not compile log files on our own infrastructure. Static assets are served via Cloudflare Pages, which may collect standard network-level traffic data (such as IP addresses and requests) to prevent security threads, DDoS attacks, and measure bandwidth logs. This information is not linked to any personally identifiable details.

3. Cookies and Web Beacons

We do not use cookie storage tags to track your browsing behavior. We do use browser local storage (localStorage) to store your preferences (such as light/dark mode preference or local stopwatch counts) which is kept entirely on your device and never uploaded to us.

4. Google DoubleClick DART Cookie

Google is one of our third-party vendors. It uses cookies, known as DART cookies, to serve ads to our site visitors based on their visit to our site and other sites on the internet. However, visitors may choose to decline the use of DART cookies by visiting the Google ad and content network Privacy Policy at the following URL: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

5. Third Party Privacy Policies

ToolSphere's Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options.

6. Consent

By using our website, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.
